We invest heavily in the latest equipment, software and training but occasionally things do still go wrong.

In order to help us resolve these issues as quickly as we can for you, please submit the form to the right and attach photographs that document your concerns for us.

We also request that you post 12 printed samples to us on the same day to help with the investigation.

We will confirm receipt of your form within 4 working hours and in most cases confirm what action will be taken within one working day. Occasionally, however, this can take longer depending on the complexity of the issue, but we will keep you informed.
